Many cooking courses in Italy, could be described as multidisciplinary, that is, they do not provide the foundations of the trade but focus on various specialized themes. Masters in cuisine are particularly important, as they allow a detailed focus on those aspects that are often neglected or overlooked during the course of study or in the first years of one’s career. The opportunities to pursue cooking lessons in Italy are certainly not scarce, but even outside the capital it is possible to take a Master cooking class.
