Student Teacher Placements

During student and lead teacher observation time, they get used to me, my notes, my comments, my interactions with them and with their students. I love sitting back and taking it all in as I tip-tap away on my laptop, but the greatest fun begins when I then engage with students, finding out what they are learning, why they are learning it, what they did before my arrival, and what comes next. This enlightens my background knowledge and it also proves a powerful demonstrator of building relationships to student and lead teacher.
