The Computer Art Teacher

Mr. Willard Monroe was teaching before the computer made its debut in the average public school classroom. He taught fine arts to high school students and remembers when one wall of the classroom was lined with easels rather than computers. Computer or web-based art put a new spin on the art experience. Computer art stimulates both brain hemispheres. There is an analytic problem-solving aspect as well as a creative & relaxing aspect to creating digital art.
